Pricing & fees

• What is included in the base service fee?

  The base fee covers all service attempts up to the tier limit, a notarized proof of service affidavit (notary is included at no extra charge), and status updates through your client portal. There are no hidden fees — you pay the listed price unless you add optional services.

• Are there any setup or account fees?

  No. Creating a client account is free. You are only charged when you submit a service order.

• What is the difference between Zone A and Zone B pricing?

  Zone A covers eight specific cities where we have established registered agent relationships and deep agent networks: Wilmington DE, Trenton NJ, Parsippany NJ, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Houston TX, Boston MA, and Glendale CA. All three service tiers ($75 Routine, $95 Priority, $145 Rush) are available in Zone A. Zone B covers all other major cities nationwide at a flat $95 per defendant — the Priority rate — with no additional surcharge.

• What happens if service cannot be completed?

  If we exhaust all attempts without completing service, we will notify you immediately and provide a full attempt log. You will not be charged the full fee — a partial fee of $25 covers the agent's time and travel. We will recommend next steps such as skip tracing or posted service.

• Do you offer volume discounts for law firms?

  Yes. Firms submitting 10 or more orders per month qualify for a volume agreement. Contact us to discuss a custom rate schedule.

Payment & billing

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfer for law firm accounts. Payment is collected at the time of order submission.

• Can I be invoiced instead of paying upfront?

  Law firms and legal departments with an approved account can request net-30 invoicing. Apply during registration or contact our billing team.

• Is my payment information secure?

  All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.

  Zone A includes Wilmington DE, Trenton NJ, Parsippany NJ, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Houston TX, Boston MA, and Glendale CA. These are the cities where we serve registered agents — CT Corporation, Corporation Service Company, Corporate Creations Network, and others — and where all three service tiers are available.

• What registered agent companies do you serve?

  We regularly serve CT Corporation, Corporation Service Company (CSC), Corporate Creations Network, and other registered agents at their offices in all Zone A cities. If your registered agent is not listed, contact us — we can confirm coverage before you place your order.

• What is Zone B and how is it priced?

  Zone B covers all other major cities not listed in Zone A. Service in Zone B is priced at a flat $95 per defendant — the Priority rate — with no additional geographic surcharge. Rush same-day service is not available in Zone B.

• Can I get Rush service outside Zone A?

  Rush same-day service ($145) is available exclusively in Zone A cities. For Zone B locations, Priority service ($95) with a 2–3 business day turnaround is the fastest available option.
